Iran has warned that it will seize British fuel ships if it does not release its fuel.
The Iranian Naval Ship has been handed over to the Supreme Court of Gibraltar on Thursday.
The court ordered the Iranian vessel to be detained for 14 days, although the court ordered it to be held for 72 hours.
