On Wednesday, a majority of members of the United States House of Representatives voted to support a $1.5 trillion package that would send $13.6 billion in aid to Ukraine and finance the federal government through September 30.
The polls were still open. If the House approves the bill, it will be sent to the Senate for consideration.
