Since it was approved by everyone, from then on, the conceptual design of the tower was made of a lotus stick and a lotus flower on its top. That is the Lotus Tower plan. However, there was some badness on the land. Accordingly, it came to Colombo from Peliyagoda. Today we see the so-called Nipu Quintu.
We went to search for the throne of this lotus tower, as a bloomed lotus.

Accordingly, the second phase of the Lotus Tower is also planned. It has been proposed to establish a parking lot for the vehicles with a capacity of 2,000 vehicles, from a low income earner to a supermarket, a fitness center, a gym, a swimming pool and a cinema hall.
At the beginning, the Lotus Tower instead of the 10 hectares in Peliyagoda has now been occupied by a 3.1 hectare land near the Beira Lake. The second phase of the project is to be implemented in the next five acres of land.
This tower was built near the Beira Lake, and the ground had to descend underneath it. Perhaps the pillar has to be fixed up to the ground. Therefore, some of the pores are much deeper than the Beira Reservoir.
