The Israeli government has collapsed due to a budget dispute between the two main parties in the unity government.
Accordingly, the fourth election in two years will be held in March.
As a result of the previous two elections, no party has won a clear victory and the present government of unity has been formed.
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, who is currently facing a court case due to allegations of corruption, is expected to become the Prime Minister for the sixth time.
Rejecting the criminal allegations against him, the Prime Minister said the allegations were politically motivated.
