They noted this in the release of the Olympic budget report.
The cost of three billion yen for marathon and walking has not yet been added.
No agreement has been reached with the IOC on the responsibility of the additional costs.
The Olympic Budget reports that revenues and tickets alone amounted to 30 billion yen.
