Russian President Vladimir Putin has arrived in India to attend the 21st Indo – Russia Summit, aimed at strengthening bilateral ties between India and Russia.
Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi welcomed the Russian President. This was the first meeting between the Russian President and the Indian Prime Minister since the BRICS summit in 2019.
