Authorities have decided to ban the use of plastic products into Everest.
The Everest Regional Plastic Prohibition comes into effect from January next year.
Accordingly, plastics products with less than 30 microns will be banned.
Authorities have made the decision to keep Everest and the surrounding mountains clean.
Several companies, such as airlines and mountain climbing companies, have supported the law banning the use of plastics once used in the Everest region.
However, the punishments for violators have not been disclosed yet.
