It is reported that 1.7 million doses of Covid vaccine are to be delivered to North Korea under the World Health Organization’s “Covax facility”. According to foreign media reports, the stock of vaccines will be delivered to the country by next May.
Accordingly, the Oxford-Astra Seneca vaccine manufactured in India will be delivered to North Korea under the Covacs facility.
North Korean officials say there are no Covid infected in their country.
But critics say that’s just not the case. That’s because China is considered North Korea’s main supply center. Currently, North Korea imposes strict travel restrictions and bans entry into the country.
