China has approved a clinical trial of a vaccine designed to treat coronavirus.
The vaccine is expected to be tested this week.
Researchers at the Chinese Academy of Military Medicine have developed a vaccine to treat the new coronavirus, the Kovid 19 virus.
The vaccine has been approved for use in early clinical trials.
Researchers say the experiment will begin this week.
According to Chinese clinical trial registry data, the first phase of the vaccine will be carried out by 108 people.
The vaccine will be tested under the supervision of the Chinese Academy of Military Medicine and Cancino Biologics, a listed biotechnology institute in Hong Kong.
Meanwhile, the United States is also testing a vaccine for the new coronavirus.
However, experts at the World Health Organization say that no approved or fully tested vaccine is expected to be released to the market until the middle of next year.
