Italy has news about a city with a market of disadvantaged and affordable prices.
The project has been initiated as a step in promoting the economy of the city.
Mussomele, a city in Sicily, Italy.
Currently, the city has been selling old home specials at affordable prices, according to foreign reports.
The mountainous town of Mussomalee is home to a population of less than 11,000.
In 2017, it introduced a plan for the sale of a house for one euro.
However, due to requests and inquiries, the government has intervened to establish an institution.
However, buyers who purchase a new home should enter into an agreement with city authorities.
Accordingly, they have to invest a sum of Euro 5000 per deposit in cash and be obligated to repair their homes within three years.
At the same time, they must pay a fee of 400 euros each after entering into the agreement.
After the implementation of this plan, it has been reported that around 100 homes worth over 1000 to 1000 have been sold.
The majority of the purchases were made by Belgium, France, the Netherlands and other European citizens.
City officials have not allowed the residents in the area to buy those houses.
The decision was taken as a measure to revive the national economy.
Under this program another 400 houses have been sold for sale.
