The final round of the Indian Premier League (IPL) T20 cricket tournament will commence tomorrow. Mumbai Indians, Chennai Supercups, Delhi Capital and Sunrisers Hyderabad qualified for the finals of the preliminary round.
Each team played 14 matches each, with Mumbai Indians, Chennai Super Kings and Delhi Capitals having won 18 points each with 18 points each.
Mumbai Indians were placed first in the top rankings, Chennai Supercups were placed second and Delhi Capitals Teams third.
Sunrisers Hyderabad, Kolkata Nitriders and Kings Desa Punjab won six points each and scored 12 points each, and Sunrisers Hyderabad could only qualify for the finals according to the gross score.
In the first semi-final, the Mumbai Indians and Chennai Supercup team will battle it out on May 7 in Chennai, with the Delhi Capitals and Sunrisers Hyderabad team on Vishakhapatnam on 8th.
The second semi-final between Vancouver and Vancouver will be played on the 10th between the losing team and losing the losers in the first semi-final. The final will be held on May 12 at Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium in Hyderabad. The final rounds will begin at 7.30 pm Indian time.
