Royal Challengers Bangalore defeated Chennai Super Kings by six wickets in the second match of the Indian Premier League (IPL) T20 in 201st.
Bangalore is the third wicket taker to score Bangalore captain Virat Kohli in the 10 matches.
Chennai Super Kings won the toss and elected to bat. They put up a score of 162 runs for the loss of 07 wickets at the end of 20 overs.
Chennai were bowled out for 26 in their final over, with Mahendra Singh Dhoni (24) (4,6,6,2,6 wickets) and Sharwath Akila (2) sharing the last two wickets.
Mahendra Singh Dhoni (84 not out) scored 48 off 48 balls with five fours and seven sixes.
Chennai batsman Shaun Watson (05), Faf du Plessis (05) and Suresh Raina (0) failed to reach the target.
Patel’s Patel scored 53 off 37 balls with four fours and four sixes.
The dashing batsman B. Dilsheez was dismissed for 25 in 19 balls.
Virat Kohli struck badly in nine balls with nine balls remaining.
Chennai captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni also won the toss and sent Bangalore to bat.
