Russia’s Defense Ministry says the Russian warship Moskva has sunk at sea.
The ship, which was hit hard last Wednesday, sank while being taken to a port near the Black Sea, reports say.
As a result, Russia has intensified its fighting in the Ukrainian capital, Kiev.
Moscow is considered a Russian ship that carried out a large-scale operation from the sea to attack Ukraine.
About 510 crew members were on board when the ship was attacked. However, no specific reports have been released on the damage done to them.
Ukraine says it has launched a missile attack and destroyed the ship.
