President Vladimir Putin has ordered that Russian troops in Ukraine be shot dead if they do not fight.
President Putin has deployed a special team to shoot down fleeing Russian troops. Ukrainian sources say 300 Russian soldiers have already fled. The Russian soldiers dressed in civilian clothes stole vehicles and fled to Belarus.
