A bomb blast near the Iraqi capital, Baghdad, has killed at least 35 Iraqi people. According to foreign media reports, more than 60 people were seriously injured in the attack.
The bomber struck shortly after noon in front of a crowded shopping mall, police said. .
It is the deadliest bombing in Baghdad in six months.
The security forces suspect that the attack may have been carried out by Islamist militants.
