Memory problems can be cited as one of the major complaints raised by adults and schoolchildren on a regular basis at clinics.
Oh doctor, I’m very tired of my exams.
But I can’t remember. When I read 2 pages, I forgot what I read on the first page. We regularly hear such complaints from students preparing for the upcoming competitive exams.
Memory is an important factor that has a profound impact on our lives. It can be named as one of the most important factors in the success of one’s social life as well as education and competitive examinations.
According to Ayurveda, memory has three main components. The first is to capture our five senses with a keen eye on external objectives. Ayurveda refers to this as the DHH part of remembering. We sometimes see a guy’s cell phone ringing inside his pocket when we go on a bus. But that doesn’t make sense to the owner. Because he was distracted. In such cases, the information that flows through our five senses is properly stored in our minds.
Otherwise register. In Ayurveda, this aspect of memory is referred to as Dhruti. It is only if this sector is strengthened that we can reuse that information at any time and again.
We are telling the story, remembering that the event was written on a stone. And that’s exactly what we need in our day-to-day life if the information we need is properly stored in our memory so that it can be recreated. In Ayurveda this section is known as Smoothi. Smoothie is memory. If it’s strong enough, we can handle the information stored in our memory as needed. Whether it is in competitive exams or in everyday life, this memory is very important to us. We can get a good sense of this when we are looking at a fluent speaker. Every word he or she ejects is a flow of information stored as memories. The person is giving the lecture fluently. And when you answer an exam, you can quickly review what you have learned, which is very successful in your education
You are well aware that you can get results. And we’re talking about two other parts of memory. That is the published memory.
It is with this stated memory that the person who is delivering his sermon fluently. That means the person can express what he has in mind very quickly.
The other part is unpacked memory. In this section, even if the person just remembers, it needs a hint to express it. This is the section that informs us.
However, different people may have different problems in the different areas mentioned above. There may be problems in one or several sectors. We see signs of decreasing the risk range of some children. Due to this narrow range of events, events in the classroom or in the environment do not register properly in their minds.
It can be said to be a condition that affects the child’s educational skills. There are a number of factors that can affect the various aspects of memory that we talked about. Mental illness, depression, mental disorders such as depression, degenerative diseases in old age,
Living in an environment that is constantly stressful. Nutritional deficiencies. Alcohol and cigarette smoking, physical illnesses, such as excessive amounts of oil in the blood (cholesterol) and the clogging of blood vessels in cases of diabetes can be attributed to memory problems.
Sometimes memory problems can be cited as a reason why a child who has passed the GCE O / L examination could not pass the exam in the same way that the GCE O / L exam was written. An increased level of stress can be triggered by hypothetical anxiety (such as anxiety disorder) in the vicinity of exams.
Another reason is that children do not absorb the subject matter which they are trying to grasp according to the way they study.
That is why we always advise parents to free their children from external factors and pressures. A story that we were told when we were little is still very much in our memory.
We all know what to say. But perhaps a recent piece of information that we’ve tried to remember with much effort can easily be lost in our memory. Here we refer to this as a good strategy to remember. Regardless of the subject matter you are studying, if you are able to align the story in a different way, it will be heavily registered. Then we can recover very quickly.
However, the key here is to properly identify the shortcomings in the memory. It’s an environmental issue
