It has been reported that Mumbai and other cities in India have been flooded due to two days of heavy rains and nearly 100 passengers have been trapped.
It has been reported that many trains have been canceled due to the flooding of Mumbai’s railways and rolling of roads.
Authorities say several rivers in the western Maharashtra state had to be opened due to overflowing of several rivers.
The western region has received more than 200 mm of rainfall, they say.
Schools, offices and shops in the city are also closed.
